WorkForYourWorld Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our Platform. We are compliant with the GDPR, Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA), and other applicable data protection regulations.
2. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Account Information: Name, work email address, organization name, and role provided during registration
- Workforce Data: Skills, availability, and engagement signals synced from your HRIS system via secure integration — processed under your organization's Data Processing Agreement
- Usage Data: Log data, IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and interaction patterns with the Platform
- Communication Data: Messages sent to our support or sales teams
3. Federated Architecture and Employee Data
WorkForYourWorld uses a federated learning architecture. Raw, identifiable employee data is never transmitted to our servers. Only anonymized, aggregated model signals are used to improve the AI match engine. All inference computations occur within your organization's secure environment or designated private cloud boundary.
4. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Platform and its AI systems
- To generate impact reports and analytics as directed by your organization
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support
- To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or misuse
5. Data Retention
Account and usage data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days following termination. Workforce data processed under a DPA is retained according to the terms specified in that agreement. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting privacy@workforyourworld.tech.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. You may also have the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact privacy@workforyourworld.tech.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, SOC 2 Type II certified infrastructure, and regular penetration testing. See our Security page for full details.
