1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the WorkForYourWorld platform ("Platform") operated by WorkForYourWorld Inc. ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
WorkForYourWorld provides an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform that uses deep learning and automated analytics to align organizational workforces with impact opportunities aligned to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Platform includes the AI Match Engine, Impact Command Center, Impact Attribution reporting tools, and associated APIs and integrations.
3. Account Registration
To use the Platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@workforyourworld.tech of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or underlying AI models
- Use the Platform to process personal data without proper legal basis under applicable data protection law
- Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform without our written consent
- Use the Platform to generate false, misleading, or fraudulent impact reports
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
5. Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein. Workforce and employee data processed by the Platform is handled in accordance with our Data Processing Agreement (DPA), available upon request.
6. Intellectual Property
The Platform, including all AI models, algorithms, software, designs, and content, is the exclusive property of WorkForYourWorld Inc. and is protected by intellectual property laws worldwide. Your use of the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its underlying technology.
7. Subscription and Payment
Access to paid tiers of the Platform requires a valid subscription. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly provided in these Terms. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WorkForYourWorld Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate these Terms upon 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, including violation of Acceptable Use policies. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will cease and your data will be retained for 30 days before deletion, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, except where prohibited by local law.
